Zinhle Novazi, the founder of Navigating the Twenties, embarked on this transformative journey driven by her own personal experiences and challenges in navigating the complexities of her twenties within the corporate world. Having transitioned through various career paths from consulting, to law firms, and eventually to an investment bank, Zinhle recognized that she was a multi-passionate individual who couldn’t conform to the confines of a traditional corporate environment. This realization was further amplified by her observation that many of her peers shared the same sentiment. Zinhle channels her passion for uplifting entrepreneurs in disconnected communities, spearheading initiatives that drive meaningful change. This dedication earned her the prestigious 2023 Mail and Guardian 200 Young South Award in the Entrepreneurship Category.
